Visa 2020 Pro Bowl Hospitality

 

Goal

To create an immersive brand experience for Latin American clients at the 2020 Pro Bowl in Orlando, FL.


Execution

In two months, we planned and executed a three-day program, entirely in Spanish, that included a brand-forward hospitality lounge, a day trip to Universal Studios, an evening of golfing and conversation with retired NFL player, Mark Sanchez, and a personalized experience at the 2020 Pro Bowl.


Results

  • Oversold program - exceeded client attendance by 15%

  • Produced NFL-approved customized branded materials in less than 3 weeks - a process that usually requires a 2-month lead time

  • Visa strengthened relationships with clients
